Turkey Materials Marketplace Terms of Use

Turkey Materials Marketplace (TMM) platform is a web service, allows its users to buy or sell their material and communicate with each other. Participants commit to use the TMM software for Marketplace-generated transactions. TMM platform may only be used in accordance with these terms of use. By accessing and using the website, you consent to be bound by this terms and conditions.

Personal Data

Personal data you will enter on the will be used for the specific purpose for which they are collected. TMM can also use these data to send you information and/or offers on materials and/or services thay may be of interest you.

Rights of Content

The users themselves retain the right to all text, pictures and other content that they create in the service. The users allow others to utilize the content in accordance with the nature of the service and furthermore allow TMM to file information and data and make changes that are necessary for the service or the study, however other rights are not transferred from the users, unless specifically otherwise agreed. The responsibility of the content lies with the user, who has produced it to the service. TMM has the right to remove any material when it deems it necessary.

Disclaimer

No guarantees of the functioning of the service are given. The users are themselves responsible for their actions in the service and they should estimate the reliability of other users before dealing with them. TMM can under no circumstances be liable for damage that is caused to the user. The user may not store any information or data in the service.

The Removal of a User

TMM has the right to remove any users from the platform and terminate their right of use of the service without any specific reason and without being liable for compensation.

Applicable Jurisdiction

The Parties and Participants shall, in good faith, attempt to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement  by informal mediation. If, after reasonable attempts, any dispute has not been resolved by informal mediation, either the Parties or Participants may pursue legal remedies available to them. In such a case, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction to settle all disputes.

The privacy policy terms are issued by BCSD Turkey and BCSD Turkey is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, and that EBRD cannot be considered liable under any circumstances.
